Hi! Happy Mid Autumn Festival!!!
I went shopping last Friday in Bondi Junction because of
the mid-season sale in Myer. I was attracted by the offer of Benefit Browbar in
Bondi. To celebrate their opening, they are
offering a free brow wax service and a Cabana Glama DesTANation kit when
purchasing 2 or more products.
I have been eyeing on the Benefit
Feelin’ Dandy Set, I think the offer give me another reason to get it.
However, after
researching the selling price in US, I gave up. Just like all the other
cosmetic brands in Australia(except Illamasqua now), the selling price of
Benefit products in here is ridiculously high as
compare to other countries. The Feelin’ Dandy Set is $55 while it is
only $28 in US. I will just get it when I go to Hong Kong at the end of this
year.
I then went past a discounted tray, and
I FOUND THIS!
It is the nude by nature wonder kit. It just costs $17 for the a 7 pieces
set! What a bargin!! It included:
Oil-Free Moisturinf Lotion 125ml
Airbrush primer 50ml
Flawless Liquid Mineral Foundation 50ml
(Med/dark)
Flawless Liquid Concealer 15ml
Mineral Lip Liner
Helping Hand Cream 100ml
Concealer Brush
Unfortunately, the shade of the
foundation doesn’t fit me at all. I am Mac NC15, it is way too dark for me. I think
I will try to use it as contouring.
I then went to Target and found that
Australis well as many other cosmetic brands are on sale (it didn’t show in
Target catalogue). I have been waiting for discount on Australis for months
now, but the most of the Australis products are gone in Bondi.
I then went running to Target in
Eastgarden where I bought four more exciting Australis products. I
brought the Face-A-Holic Touch and Glow palette which I have planned to get it
for a long time. I scanned it under the price check machine, and to my surprise
the palette was on sale from $20 down to only $5. Walalala~~~
I then scanned all the kits and limited
edition products of Australis. The Nudist palette with the lovely cheap price
of $4! The Ready2Mingle set is only $5 and the Ready Set Go finishing
powder with kabuki brush scanned at $5. The eyebrow kit is also available for…………………$0.03!!!!!
Can you believe this??? Like what can be bought for $0.03 other than this? I m
so glad that I went to Eastgarden that day.;)
I will be posting reviews and swatches
on all of these products, of course, in the upcoming month. Have you tried any
of these products?
